Henry
So
President
After
attaining a BS in accounting at the University of Illinois,
Chicago, Mr. So
founded ACCUCOM in 1987 in Chicago.
With the vision of being the number one supplier of Technical
Services to the Telecommunications Industries. With the emergence
of the "Telecom Corridor" in Richardson Texas, Mr. So
decided to move the Headquarters to Richardson where he could
better serve his customers. Mr. So continues to lead the
company in its day-to-day operations as its president.

Sam Hilton,
Ph.D.
Director of Operations
Sam
Hilton brings 16 years of diverse background related to vendors (Siemens,
Nortel, Ericsson), operators (MCIWorldCom, SprintPCS) and
outsourcing companies (services) . His foremost skills have been
focused in Wireless Engineering and turn key Project Management domestically and
internationally in TDMA, CDMA (WCDMA), GSM (GPRS) and UMTS.
His talents in projects were focused on wireless and Datacom
infrastructure (VoIP, ATM, Routers) coupled with his PhD in 3G
wireless linking comprehensive solutions management to
wireless platforms and new energy to ACCUCOM organization.

Don
Swift
Director of Business Development
As
one of ACCUCOM’s first employees in 1987, Don managed
the start up activities of the company and helped build Market
Operations. With over 30 years of telecommunications
experience, Don has held key management roles with Honeywell,
General Electric, ERICSSON, MCI and most recently Weblink
Wireless. Upon returning to ACCUCOM as Director of Business
Development, Don has the responsibility of steering ACCUCOM to the
next generation of telecommunication services. His focus on
3G technologies and wireless communications has placed ACCUCOM as
a key player to service providers nationwide. Don’s
responsibilities also include Service Marketing and Customer Care.

Cary
Welch
Director of Sales
Cary joined ACCUCOM in 1998. He is responsible for day-to-day
sales operations supporting ACCUCOM's customers as well as our
field staff. Cary has 15 years management experience in the
telecom industries. He achieves his targets consistently by
satisfying his customers. Started out working in the filed as an installer of RF
equipment and Sonnet equipment, after one year promoted to field
supervisor over projects going in on the eastern part of the
United States and the Island of Guam, After 3 years moved to an
office position managing the labor force. For the last 4 years
responsible for day–to-day operation for up to 400 Telecom
employees ( Engineers,
Test and Turn up, T-1 Cutover Technicians, Installers )
through out the United States.

William
J. Hemer
Director of Human Resources & Risk Management
Bill
received a degree in accounting from Ohio State University as well
as an associate in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of
America. He also brings over 15 years of Human Resource Management
knowledge to ACCUCOM.
He also has prior experience in the High IT and Telecom industries
as a Senior Contract Administrator for a large IT companies and
telecom manufactures.
